This workshop explores how changes in the brain’s organizational abilities (often called “executive function”) affect planning, decision-making, and completing everyday tasks. Participants will learn about common challenges, from following multi-step instructions to adapting when routines are disrupted. The session provides practical strategies for both individuals experiencing these organizational changes and those supporting them, with emphasis on environmental modifications and compassionate approaches that honor each person’s unique process and pace.
